We love a good cookery and baking day for our students aged 10+! The benefit of a day course is that they will be taught how to make recipes that take longer than normal…. things like home made pasta, tortelloni, a fresh pasta sauce, pizza for lunch, focaccia, Italian Easter bread and tiramisu.
This is an ideal class for your junior (10+), teenager, an adult or for you and your child to do together. If you wish to join your child and share ingredients, you will just need to pay an additional £15.00. If you wish to send 2 children, then there is a discounted rate for them too and they will have their own set of ingredients.
They will bring back lots of food …. easily a meal for 4, and deserts and bread also!
