
Teenage Cookery, Christmas Special

At Flavours we do teenage cookery sessions all year round, but none are as special as the the Christmas themed weeks.
I will be running the sessions on a Tuesday and a Thursday for the 6 weeks starting from 4th November until 11th December.
The menu (which is usually picked by students currently attending the weekly course includes:
- Christmas Dinner Tray Bake
- Pigs in blankets toad in the hole, seasonal veg, christmas gravy
- Stuffed Yorkshire puddings, crispy roasts & cauliflower cheese
- Rolled turkey with maple and bacon stuffing, honey parsnips and carrots, shredded spouts, red onion, bacon and chestnut
- Vegetarian Christmas Quiche, Christmas slaw, winter salad
- 4 mini beef wellingtons, creamy mash & steamed veg
