If you fancy trying your hand at making bread, this is the course for you. We will make a range of breads that you can easily make at home. We do use a Kenwood stand mixer to mix all of our dough, but you can recreate these at home by hand or with a bread maker/stand mixer. In this course you will learn a wide range of techniques for the different breads and flavours.
The breads we will make in this course are:
- Spanish Bread
- Garlic Naan Breads
- Lancashire Cheese Rolls
- Flat Breads or Pikelets/Crumpets
- Pizza Dough
This course will include a pizza for your lunch and refreshments throughout. You don’t need to bring anything, takeaway containers will be included, although a large cardboard box may be useful.
