Christmas Entertaining Course
I’m sure you’d love to impress your friends and family at Christmas, so I’ve come up with a great menu to showcase your skills, or new found skills if you don’t consider yourself as a good cook. Sometimes we can get stuck in a routine of the same dishes, so I’m here to inspire you with some new dishes, that perhaps you’ve not tried to make at home before.
In this 3-4 hour session you will make the following:
- Mini beef Wellingtons
- Cheese Soufflés
- Chicken Liver Pate
- Chicken & Ham Pie
- Crispy Roast Potatoes
- Seasonal Vegetables
All ingredients and takeaway containers are provided… all recipes will be given to you also in a Flavours folder.
If you need any alternatives for any of the items listed due to allergies or lifestyle choices please let me know. All items will be suitable for freezing. The course takes approx 4 hours, but may be longer depending on experience.
