Whether you have friends and family round, or you are having a cosy Christmas at home…. we can make Christmas easy for you. Bring the wine and lets have a fun day cooking.

The day is going to be spilt into 3 sections…. desserts, starters & canapés and mains.

10am We have 2.5 hours of dessert making…. all that will keep for the big day (if you can avoid the temptation!)

1:00pm We have the starters and canapés… which will include blinis, with different toppings, hot honey (or plain) mini sausage rolls, mini pikelets with brie and bacon and many more ….feel free to make suggestions.

3:00pm Now it’s time to prep the mains…. we have lamb Henry…. ham hock, seasonal veg along with cranberry and apple sauces too.

For those of you that wish to just do one element, that’s fine… for those of you that want to do all 3, your lunch and refreshments are included.
