Summer days out and holidays are fast approaching, being more active and energetic are on our minds. Are you stuck for inspiration? Wanting some lighter meals? Need a kick start to a more healthy mind set?
Come along and join us for our Healthy Eating Session on Saturday 26th July 11am – 2pm. In this session you will cook and prep meals for easy completion at home. Enjoy tasters of some of the completed dishes, as well as taking the recipes home to do again. This half day course is amazing value as you take away 4 days of meals, each with a breakfast, lunch and dinner element which you can choose to mix and match through the week as you wish. A great kick start to a more healthy food journey!
Breakfasts: Feta, pea & mint crustless quiche, Granola, Avocado on Toast, Overnight Oats
Lunches: Noodle soup, Spanish meatballs, Halloumi & Ratatouille, Burrata & Bacon Salad
Evening Meals: Katsu Chicken Curry, Mushroom Pizza, Roasted Veg Pasta with Mozzarella, Bolognese
