Presenting the humble cupcake. How to make yours into a SHOW STOPPER! A WOWCake! Join Carolyn for an amazing session this Summer. It’s as easy as 1, 2, 3!

1. First – The Bake: So many variations of the humble sponge. Expand your knowledge and experience by making a range of different sponges* from: –

   • Coffee & Walnut
   • Lemon Drizzle
   • Chocolate Fudge
   • Carrot Cake
   • Red Velvet
   • Victoria Sponge

2. Second – Lunch: As this course runs across lunch you will make your own Afternoon Tea to eat for yourself whilst your bakes are cooking and cooling, giving you confidence to replicate your own at home or for a future event.
3. Third – Decorating Techniques: Now your bakes have had time to cool let your creativity flow with your own design imagination (don’t worry – if you don’t feel confident in this area, Carolyn has plenty of ideas to share with you). Learn piping, moulding and decorating techniques as Carolyn guides you through giving your cupcakes that fabulous finish.

*Choose up to 4 different types of sponge to make. You will make 6 of each flavour. Then take your bespoke masterpieces home in cake boxes to keep them safe.
