Wow…. we can’t wait to do this one! A perfect day for a teenager to learn a range of skills. In this lesson the teenagers will make:
- Mini Battenburg
- French Fancies
- Mini Eclairs
- Sausage Rolls
- Savoury Vol au Vents
- A choice of Sandwiches
This will be an ideal afternoon tea that would serve 4 people. Lunch will be included for the teenager and also refreshments throughout the day.
This is ideal for children aged over 10.
