This is a great way to learn lots of new skills. This session will be a little longer that normal, due to this being more technical than usual for this session.
These cakes taste amazing, I used to buy these from a local supermarket when I was younger…. the combination of the flavours is delightful! It’s layers of genoise sponge, vanilla pastry cream, raspberry jam, whipped cream topped with green marzipan (or another colour if you wish!) and decorated with delicate roses.. a truly beautiful cake!
