Teenage Mexican Day is perfect to do as a teen because you will learn a lot more about cooking. You’ll be able to recreate and cook these recipes at home. You may leave you teen and come back for them later. The class is great for children aged over 10, but if your child is a regular at Flavours and is under 10, ask Carolyn to see if they’ll be ok to do the class.
They will be making:
- Buttermilk fried chicken.
- Pickled Jalapeno Aioli Tacos.
- Carolyn’s Best ever nachos & salsa
- Sopapilla cheesecake.
- Bolillo [Mexico’s favourite Bread].
- Fajitas wrap for lunch.
