Each week we make a meal for 4 in our teenage cookery sessions. In the next 5 week course the teenagers will be creating some classics, which are designed to be easily recreated at home and hopefully making your life easier at home!

On this 5 week course we will learn a variety of skills and dishes. The menu will be picked for the following week each week by the teens on the course. In the next 5 weeks, the teens will learn a variety of skills including panne, poaching, sauteing, deglazing, emulsification and making a roux. The first week we are making a creamy breaded parmesan lemon chicken.

No need to bring anything…. All food, takeaway containers and aprons are included. Please message us if you have any questions. This is ideal for children over the age of 10.

Please pay a £65 to reserve your spot and then £15 is payable each week. The total cost of this course is £28.00 per week. The dates that this will run are:
