• DAY 1 – making:

  • Cake making & baking
  • Create your fillings
  • Design and make any decorations that need to dry overnight

• DAY 2 – construction:

  • Make any other elements that do not need to dry
  • Construct the cake and filling parts
  • Cover cake as per your design
  • Complete with your handmade decorations
  • Take home in a cake box to protect your masterpiece

This 2 day workshop equates to £75 per day for all materials, ingredients, tutoring. Refreshments provided.
