Following Dr Chris Van Tulleken’s documentary on BBC1 about the obesity issues among children, we would like to help with the issues that we are facing. As a nation, we are buying too many processed foods and less fresh vegetables.
We are going to show you as a family, how you can change the way you eat. With no fuss recipes, which are easy to do in a limited time frame. Recipes will include tasty baked chicken goujons, slow cooker Bolognese, quick and easy pizzas and much more. Each week, you will get 2 recipe cards, a meal for 4 to take home and advice on how to change your family’s eating habits.
Bring your children to get involved with the cooking, as well as learning new recipes, that are great to make at home.
